Very nice workers - they didn't have the sandwich I always get (veggie artisan ) and saw I was bummed so the guy let me try the feta spinach on him! Definetly my Starbucks of choice!

My first time trying the Vanilla Spice Latte . I normally stick with my old favs. I like it. Not as heavy and rich but still enjoyable.

The staff was really nice! It worths the stop!

I find it rarely crowded here, but getting into the parking lot from the raod is crazy. Decent amount of seating . I usually sit at the bar . Lots of natural sunlight.

Parking is worst here but fast & friendly service ! Best Starbucks in town !!!

Lines can be long and parking is rough, but staff is friendly and they get you in and out.

Slowest Starbucks in Charlotte - Manager needs to have more staff on at this location. Otherwise, it's clean and has a decent amount of seating . :)

These baristas need to speak up. Nobody can hear them and it causes a lot of confusion.

Service is EXTREMELY slow !!!!

Changed the procedure to write order on drinks vs calling it out. Slowed EVERYTHING down. Used to stop in everyday, now I avoid it in am.

Last day at this Starbucks, thank God! Slow, rude, unorganized and difficult parking ! Same employees and same customers but there is no interaction between the two; poor customer service!

Not very clean . No one tending to tabletops. Place is crowded . Seems institutional and cafeteria style

Try the Co Co Cappuccino !!

See if they have the Dark Cherry Mocha . Its great.
