If you want a hot drinks in the early morning, either you walk to IFC for Starbucks (5- 10mins)or go to pier 5 for hk style drinks and hot snacks , dim sum and sandwiches

Still the best way to cross the harbour , especially at rush hour as the MTR gets insanely crowded . It is also a very relaxing ride.

No longer accepts coins since June - you must either use the Octopus IC card or get yourself a token at the vending machine before entering.

It was a good experience to ride Hong Kong Star Ferry . It was loud and you smell its fumes. If you are lucky, you get to sit. If not, you have to stand.

For nostalgic purposes mostly, but great to see octopus card works here.

It's always a good time to ride the Star Ferry to slow things down to a charming HK pace.

If taxi line is too long walk to Pier 4 and get a can there. Less busy, more cabs.

Take it around 8:00 pm and see the Symphony of Light from the water. Captains go slower at this time to give you a better view .
