I shopped at J.C.Penney a week ago and got some great bargains, as usual. Glad they got rid of that CEO. He was just bringing them down.
Went into JCPenny to get my watch adjusted and the lady in the jewelry department rolled her eyes at me because I was interrupting her personal phone call. Then she said they don't have the tools.
