Hands down best park in the city . Lots of room, several different fields , tennis courts , sledding hills , bathrooms , playground , picnic tables . Beautiful all year round. Lots of history here too!
Montrose occupies land once owned by ropemaking magnate Robert Parrott. Parrot allowed Georgetown residents to use his tract of land for picinics and meetings.
