Huge Gym , lot of equipments & it gets quite crowded during the evening hours. Expensive & nothing great in the gym that justifies such a high price. Golds Gym Musalla Towers is a much better place.
So far the best Zumba class in town , you'll never get bored with the instructor . Zumba classes every Mondays - Wednesdays and Saturdays..
The aerobics classes timetable is fantastic, so much variety at convenient timings. Huge facility, mostly new eqpt.
Group exercise classes are not too bad! Especially the Sunday evening body attack With FRAN and the Body Jam with Irene ????????.... I'm all jammed out tonight!

U pay money n u need to make sure u arrive super early or have connection with teacher for power yoga by Max. There should've been a notice saying so to avoid disappointment. Manager is useless.
Group classes are great. But forget about any trainers paying attention to you if you aren't taking personal training .
