Hilton Phoenix Airport

pleasantly surprised, nice room, comfy bed/sheets, love the toiletries and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Great rooms and pool. Location is ok. It’s right by the airport but a little drive to anything else. The pool and hot tub are the best part!

Stayed on the Honors level (3rd floor). Rooms are a little smaller than I'm used to. You can hear everything in the hallway. Overall, it was a pretty nice hotel . I'd stay here again.

Quiet place for a business lunch . Fast service but not as professional as I would have expected. Good food, nothing exceptional.

Order the tortilla soup from room service . It's awesome and Jesus delivered top notch service!

Getting a night cap at the bar ? Ask the waitress to get you a couple of bottles of water to take to your room. No charge usually.

You better show your server your unlocked special before you order , unless you want to get a tongue lashing about having to void the tab and start over !

Enjoy casual dining with a southwestern flare in Rennick’s Restaurant or dine alfresco in the Queen Palm Courtyard !

You can hear everything in the hallways...wasn't the best nights sleep I've ever had. Gift shop had very weird hours. Love the workout facility . Pool looked nice. Breakfast was okay.

The people at the front desk are nice. The engineering staff is helpful however I would never pay what I paid to stay here! Nice big room for a diamond member but old and not very clean .

Not a bad hotel at all but this is an airport hotel after all, so it is a bit far from all actions

If your room is x44 or higher, park in back. Easier to move about than going up front

Hidden in the fourth floor must be a Hilton diamond member to enter has great breakfast nice lounge .

When booking a room ask for one that isn't a very long walk from the elevator . Rooms go up to 379.

Need to give free wifi . Most good hotels do.

Do not, and I mean, do not buy a single thing from gift shop . The man rips you off and doesn't care. $8 for Q-tips, a travel pack.

Does not live up the brand name, but to be fair any brand at an airport id a step down. Maybe just get the ddt smell out of the rooms.

You have to pay for Internet access. What's up with that?

The burger at the bar is damn good!

Run away. You can do better. I'm Hilton Diamond after my next stay and I'm not staying here again ever.
