Restaurant floors are very casual place to walk around and eat. It is directly connected with Shibuya station. If kids need wiggle time, I recommend going straight to the second floor for open space .
Not much of a destination, OK to take a quick stroll

2階に旧東横線渋谷駅の線路跡「ストリームライン」があります。
IT企業が多いエリアなのに、ランチタイムが13:30で終わる店 があるのはいただけないが、色々楽しめるレストラン が集まったのは良い。
オシャレはオシャレだが、いかんせん川が臭すぎる
山手線渋谷駅からのアクセスがわかりにくい。南改札を出て渋谷駅東口から行きましたが他にも近いルートあるかも 。
2-3階に様々な飲食店 がありますがショッピングは無い模様
元東急線渋谷駅。懐かしい。
渋谷にある商業施設です。
