I do understand why being 2nd or 3rd in line can take a bit of time when showing up to At&t retailer cause not everyone has the same "issues". Yet, why not people for appointments and for walk ins too

Elena provides great customer service. She calmly and efficiently addressed my billing catastrophe.

His name is Rio and he dances on the sand. Also, he'll take care of all the BS that AT&T dishes out.

Don't talk to Rio, he's told me wrong info more than once. Elena is probably the most helpful one.

Easily the friendliest staff at any AT&T store I've been to.

Talk to Tony or Rio. They will take care of you.
