I don't know what the critics are complaining about! You chose a cheap 5* hotel and expect a 500$/night service and accomodations. Food is good and the servants are nice and friendly .

Decent resort . The food blows. Get to the pool early if you want a chair with shad IN the pool. Respect the towel, get one early and the spot is yours all day!

I can't say that it's 5* hotel . Seaside and beach are awful, water is dirty . We had to go to Playa del Carmen to enjoy great municipal beach , which was hundred times better. But breakfasts are tasty!)

It’s a good hotel . But lacks of beach . You enjoy the near by hotels beach . You see everyone with the Blue Bay wristband in the nearby beaches .

Oriental restaurant is divine! Beautiful presentation, delicious food, and extremely friendly service . Now off to the live show to enjoy the dancing with a few cheeky glasses of vino !

The only thing that I miss was a descent beach . You had to walk to the near by hotels for that. Besides that it’s a good place.

Big hotel ... Ok for an all inclusive... Love the swing bar at the beach . Taxis are EXPENSIVE you can walk to the highway and take a playa express van for like 2 usd

Superb resort . Been here two weeks, and everything is great... The internet can be very slow, or sometimes out of order, but no prob when on holiday ;-)

Mango margaritas are the way to go. If you dive, book through the travel desk instead of the dive shop near the pool - saved about US$90

This is not a 5* hotel . Rooms are dated. Food is very good though. Beach and sea is full of seaweed . Free WiFi not too bad. Onsite shops are expensive

you can take the bus in front of the resort on the federal highway to anywhere for like $2 usd!

Wifi is the worst part about this place, $2US/day and only one device per password and it's slow. Service could be better, need more staff ie. bartenders and servers on beach/pool side.

My wife and I and our four friends at all of the themed restaurants and the Mexican themed one is the worst one. Don't pass your night and time here.

They charge you for wifi . #fail service sucks. As does beach . B U T, you are in Mexico :)

Prepare for a stressful, non-relaxing vacation here. Definitely NOT a 5 Star resort , barely qualifies for a 3 star. :(

Bad bad hotel . Not even close to a 5 star hotel as they sell it. Rooms are super old with bad maintenance. They charge you extra for everything. Bad experience overall i do not recommend it at all

Nothing is good here but the grounds. It's smelly, it's dirty , and the staff (except a rare few) seem completely incompetent.

El personal muy amable ,siempre saludan,te atienden muy bien,te dan recomendaciónes,la comida rica y variada,la playa no está muy padre pero en unos metros pasas el rompe olas y la playa es genial!!!

la suite con piscina privada esta muy bien. Y el rest francés muy bueno, de postre no olviden pedir el helado de vino tinto , exquisito! Y los helados del buffet tambien vale la pena probarlos

Muy buen hotel , salvo que los bartenders a veces te hacen caras si te ves Mexicano . Buenas habitaciones y la comida de los restaurantes de especialidades es deliciosa. Fiesta en la playa de 11pm a 1am

Excelentes instalaciones,habitación muy cómoda, comida deliciosa, mi favorito el de especialidad Italiana "II Cuore Di Rossi" las albercas muy cálidas, el Spa hermoso, decepción la playa . Recomendable

El lugar es precioso, servicio excelente, los restaurantes buenísimos, la playa un poco mala pero el resto es perfecto. Un buen lugar para pasar las vacaciones.

Muy buen concepto de hotel , familiar , tienen un inmenso manglar y algunos coaties y venados, se transportan dentro del hotel por carritos, los restaurantes con buffet EXCELENTES!!!!!
