Swim , bike , & run your way into shape with Tri It Now Clinics triathlon training . Taught by certified coaches, the workshop combines strategies for succeeding at the multisport with must-know skills.

The pool is the highlight here (obviously via the name). Excellent spot for family and full-size lanes + wonderful hot tub .

They have open swim a lot, but you need to check the schedule. That way you can make sure the big slide is turned on.

Least crowded times in the pool are after 7:00am and before 4pm. Swim teams invade in the early morning and after school hours which limit the number of lanes available for laps.

Swimming , fitness, yoga classes . Indoor track and cardio machines

Friday & Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon are days where you can almost have the gym to yourself!

The zumba classes are great for people of all weights. Try it! Very fun, doesn't feel like a chore.

Great programs for kids, soccer camps, gymnastics , etc. @ reasonable rates .

Be careful January through march as the center gets full of people trying to fulfill new years resolutions and it can be hard to find a machine at times. Usually this isn't an issue though.

Tell the folks in the cardio room to turn off politics and turn on sports .

Before noon and after eight pm on the weekdays are the least busy.

The front desk has crappy customer service.
