Amazing food and even better service. All wine served by the glass to match each course, expertly selected by the very knowledgeable sommelier and is all local Hungarian wine . Fantastic experience.

This restaurant has 1* Michelin. They have 3 course lunch set for 8000 forints . Service and quality at the top level. You should have a table reservation . Strongly recommend to visit Onyx.

We took the 6 dishes menu. The food was simply perfect. Presented beautifully, everything feels very fresh and tasty. The staff were very nice and explained what each dish contains exactly.

Excellent quality and service. What else can one ask for? Everything we had was perfect, my only remark is about the explanation of the desserts on the menu, they are really misdescribe them! 10/10!

Best of meal of my life. had the tasting menu w/wine pairing. Highlights: sea bass w/lobster, Venison au jus, and ganache paired with a 98 Tokaj. Everything was really perfect. Great service too.

Possibly a life changing venison steak , tender, juicy with lots of depth to the flavour. The roasted potatoes complement the meat perfectly. Certainly deserves its michelin star

Michelin star restaurant . At that moment one of two in Budapest. I preferred Onyx for it’s food. But the wait between courses was sometimes quite long.
