One of my fav hotels ever. Loved the onsen where i got a massage

Shuttle service from Odawara Station requires prior reservation . In addition, if visitors arrive via Gora Station, call the hotel up for pick up. Nearest station is Kami-Gora

Ate an amazing sushi meal but it was sooo much food

free wifi is provided in the room. complementary drink hour 4 - 7 PM.

The onsen in the ladies' locker room was nice after a long day of sightseeing.

While depending on rooms, 3G cellar was not available in our room. We put mobile WiFi at the lanai, which worked.

Came here because they allow dogs, which means they put you in an expensive clinical room that smells with no view . Better to have leave your dog at home kennel.

Middle of no where, nothing to walk to, view of pretty much nothing especially if raining, Onsen nothing special, extremely high price room with no food provided.

IZUMIというマッサージ は要予約かも 。自分が行った時は予約で一杯でした。

2014年2月現在: 客室、ホテル ロビー、リビングルーム、バー にて無料で、Wi-Fi 使用できるようになっています。高速プレミアム 接続を24時間525円 することもできると客室内にお知らせあり。

有線と無線のLANがあり無料で使えます。無料のは少し遅いので、速いのが必要なら525円 のプレミアム もあります。ゴールドパスポートの上級会員も同じ扱いになります。

ネット環境について。客室は有線なら可能。部屋にLANケーブルあり。ラウンジ はWi-Fiあり。ただし、どちらも有料。確か1日の上限が1500円 くらい。

いつの間にか無線LANが無料になってました。一部のキャリアは圏外ですが、これなら快適 ！

スタッフ の方のモンペのような制服がきになります。もうちょっと可愛く、かっこよくしたらイイのに。

チェックイン後、夕方はラウンジ でシャンパン やワイン が無料で飲み放題 ですよ。

温泉 は少しぬるめ、ゆっくり入れます。貸切状態だったけど、16時になったところで何故か混みだしました。
