Great place to stop while walking along the boardwalk. The view from the second story is very nice. It gets busy and can be hard to find an outlet.
If you intend to visit, remember that this is a favorite location for locals. There are a lot of students (the number goes down for Christmas break or summer vacation) and parking can be difficult.
The environment is what I recommend most: get your favorite drink and sit by the fire, or in the upstairs level with your computer or book . Or just wander the park with a warm drink.
Come for the coffee , stay for the view !
