Norfolk Towers Hotel

It's not a fancy hotel , although it's clean and the breakfast is good. But the reception should check if we are the right owners of the room before handing in the key every time we ask for it. :S

My first room was the 508, the heater was not working properly and there was a vibration noise. They promptly moved me to the 3rd floor. Not a bad hotel for the location and price paid (£45 a night)

A clean , nice Hotel . Friendly staff . Good breakfast.Near to town centre, but The bedrooms should be cleaned when we are out.

Pretty and tidy rooms , though very compact

Unfortunately I had to stay there for 13 days. The rooms were very tight. The service was poor. The staff were unhelpful. Definitely will not recommend it.

At least they have elevators . U dont want to carry your bags to top floors in other hotels around the area

Try and not get the basement rooms or go across the street for better rooms.

I Will NEVER go back to this crapy hotell . The Room is nothing i want to live in and the beds are dirty and nasty.

This place is disgusting. Don't bother with any of the rooms. If I listed all the things that are gross about thks place, it'd never end.

Avoid the nasty basement rooms . They are smokey and smell damp.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else sucks.

Unfriendly receptions . Stare at the patrons. Not helpful at all. Old tired hotel .

Dommage qu'ils jouent les pingres sur le pdj : english breakfast not included, +5£ ...
