みんな言ってますが、とにかくトイレがきれいです。洗面台とパウダールームは分かれてますし、パウダールームには大体ソファー がある。何よりアロマの香りが常に漂ってます。ぜひトイレに行ってください。お勧めは３階と７階
横浜駅周辺の商業施設の中では、オシャレ、高級 感がある。スタバが2F.8Fにあるが混んでいる。東急ハンズ のエリア分け、エスカレーター の位置に注意。
リニューアルしてから来る頻度多くなりました。フロアもお店もエレベータもトイレも綺麗です。一番通ってるのはTower Recordです。
屋上 ビアガーデン はオススメです。ほどよく量があって、席も多めであまり不自由しないでしょう。
上階レストラン を利用。ハングリータイガー（ハンバーグ ）、GLASS DANCE（ベルギービール ）など…
エスカレーター が狭いので混雑します。
