Been coming here since I was 10 years old! Honestly the best bubble tea in Van, none of that creamer powder stuff, and the pearls are super bouncy.

They have a huge drink selection. They also do seasonal specials - check the small menu on their countertop

The pearls are chewy and sweet. Try it with the tofu pudding drink with ginger syrup !

Try the che lun bing! Cream and cheese are my favourites.

Really soft and weird pearls . Prices are low but quality not great
