The staff here is awesome and the location is great. The only complaint I have is that some of their cupcakes have extremely hard frosting , giving the impression that they premake or pre-purchase them

Absolute crap. When we came here their espresso machine was down, gave my husband a drip coffee instead of iced, and their pastries were stale, slathered with icing of which I needed to remove 90%.
The sandwiches are tasty.
Cupcakes are refrigerated and the frosting is hard.

Cupcakes are refrigerated SOLID, then put in a microwave to thaw. Frosting is nasty, salted caramel almost made me gag. Avoid!

Love the shopping but has an added bonus of a playground for the children and garden arch walkway that takes you below the lake level and to a small waterfall. This is a great area for photographers! - Alicia Bozarth
