There's a great secret spot to take dogs for a swim without paying for the dog park . It is near the intersection of the red and blue trails under a bridge .
Park right on Falls Rd (by the volunteer fire station ) or at the main park entrance off Falls near Lake Ave. Beautiful flat trail with water, waterfalls & train tracks . End to end is about 4.5 miles.

Used to be called Robert E. Lee Park & they desperately tired to keep slavery in place! Even as recently as 2012 so they just went ahead and changed the name! SMH.

Parking is terrible...only one lot and its always full and you have to make your way through pedestrians and bikers
