Remember that associates are not trained in all departments. Employees are often overwhelmed with customers. If you wait your turn and are a decent human being, you'll get great service.

Would not $ match like guaranteed! Just FYI BestBuy has their own model #'s on some products.So even though its the exact model as another store they don't have to match it because the #'s don't match

If you go to the customer service desk, don't let Joy help you. Her name should be evil. She is the most rude person I have EVER encountered at any Best Buy I have ever been too.

Great people especially install people

Waited 15 minutes to be helped by someone in mobile phones while they chatted. Other employees wandering around yelling and throwing a ball. Ratty looking employees, looks like walmart rejects. Sucks.

The mobile phone department is very slow tonight.

30 minutes in the computer department , unable to get an associate to help us. Meanwhile, there were prob 20 associates from other depts just milling around. Too bad. We've spent a lot of $$$ here.

Placed an order at customer service. Checked order status next day and they never placed the order. No record. The receipt they printed for me was the review sheet! Not the conformation!
