To add to my previous tip. My kitty was able to get into his preferred spot with the outdoor access after all and came back looking quite happy. Big enclosures for cats( after much research). Happy!

When we pull into the parking lot , my dog goes bonkers with excitement. He doesn't even get that worked up for a dog park visit, so seeing his reaction was quite a surprise. He LOVES this place.

People at the desk told me to call back the next day to reserve a boarding spot for my cat. The cat "reservation specialist" didn't pick up forever and the spot I wanted with the out door

They are so accommodating and kind when it comes to my obnoxious and last minute requests. It just confirms that I've made a great decision regarding my dog's lodging .

If you have a pet this is the place for them to be cared for. Doggie day care, long term care, training , fun, DockDogs (Only sanctioned fixed pool in the country !), and wonderful staff member.

The place is extremely nice. The prices are just too expensive in my opinion. They also charge extra fees for everything but don't tell you until it's time to pay.
