Do the guided tour ! The guide was very informative, it runs for about an hour and they base it on what the audience themselves are interested in.
The aboriginal section is extraordinary. Wonderful museum , definitely worth visiting.
They have the oldest aboriginal artefacts exhibition and it tells the story beautifully! Worth a visit or two.
Love this museum for its variety of displays over 4 levels, with interesting information for each one. Not so large a museum , which makes it less boring. Great taxidermy work and Egyptian exhibits !
Do take advantage of the free entrance and get a glimpse of SA history.

A must see, when you are in Adelaide. 9$ for students. Cheap drinks and icecream too. You can enter a lot of exhibits. It's a bit like timetravel - Mega Chip
