Yoga classes are held in a converted carriage house; nice little dedicated space with everything you need - mats, blocks, bands, towels, etc
Aerial Yoga class with Sarah is a TREAT! Oh and they have saunas , steam rooms and massage services (coming soon)! Best gym EVER!!!
Want to go to BodyPump ? Get there 15 mins early and wait outside the studio. The class fills up WAY too quickly.
