Tartare - One of the best I ever had, and yes, at an Italian place in Paris :) But the classic-recipe-lovers must be warned, this is a mustard heavy, spicier interpretation with roquets. Loved it.
Zucchini , burrata pizza was amazing. Light dough , zucchini was not dry from cooking, delicious burrata . Try it! The aubergine rigatoni pasta was not the most memorable one we had, but still good.
Gotta have the cauliflower ...
The food was surprisingly not bad at all !
