The spot is amazingly small & the few times that I have walked in without using mobile order , the staff was too busy giggling through an inappropriate conversation to notice that customers are waiting
I accidentally chose the wrong store for a mobile order and instead of making the order after showing my receipt they charged me for a new drink. I’ll stick to my regular SB where baristas are kind.
The best barista at this location left. Sad!
