Pandan waffles have a slightly crunchy texture to them. Not too sweet. Add .50 for unlimited toppings to drinks. Vietnamese style coffee drinks make this spot slightly different than other boba spots.

Ember Baker

Free unlimited toppings if you check in on yelp! This Place was fantastic. So many options for toppings and teas .
