Pork is crunchy springy 有弹性. Pic tells a lot lol
Overrated, and hence overpriced. I’ve eaten better katsu on many occasions. Expect queues. IMO head down below Nagoya Station into a tunnel full of restaurants instead.

名古屋駅に3店舗ほどありますが名鉄百貨店 8Fにあり、新幹線の乗り換えの際にアクセス良いです。
わらじとんかつ 定食 1600円で、名古屋のみそ かつ を満喫、満腹、大満足！

味噌 ヒレカツ が柔らかくて、美味しかったです。ただ味噌 が少なかった。
駅に近いので、お昼 時はとても混んでいました。

Nagoya is famous for their hitsumabushi. I'm not a fan of sweet eel, but this was so delicious. Highly recommend. Get the mini hitsumabushi. Delicious stuff!! - Heather Rodriguez
Get the fully covered misokatsu. Don't bother with the half and half. The red miso makes the Tonkatsu even more delicious. If you visit in 2017, it's their 7th anniversary with promos on dishes. - Eric Espiritu
