Service is just ok. They get pretty busy so expect a little longer wait times at prime eating hours. Staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Made a nice experience for me and my two young boys.

We had an outstanding server! His positive personality and great suggestion on upgrading to the monster milk shake was awesome

Place is PACKED when there is a show or game at the Giant Center. But it's cool to meet fellow attendees if you're actually going to the show/game.

They have new techno things at the table that you can order, check out and play games

This is the only one in the area, so be prepared to wait for a table, your food, the check. Wear a jacket as it's cold with all the doors open because of the lines . Bathroom line too.

Good food, service ok. Asked the waitress to order our meal until after our app, yet less than half way through the app got our entire meal. Hate nothing more simple requests being ignored.

Even though they have menus saying, "ask your server about happy hour " this location has no such thing. Suck.

Red Robin..yum should be changed to yuck. Waited atleast 20 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us. Then waited like an hour for our food. The food was cold and not even what we ordered!!

3 out of the 4 meals were either cooked wrong, things that were to be on the side on the food. Things were burned. This experience was not good.
