The reflecting pool, designed by the firm of renowned architect I.M. Pei, is so large that the curvature of the Earth had to be taken into account to keep water from spilling over the sides!

My favourite spot in all of Boston. Hint: for a great foto, just sit down on the side walk and get a neat angle on the water in the reflecting pool
