Either the iced capp machine is down, or the frozen hot chocolate machine is down - or they're closed! Ordering through the app at this location is always a gamble .
The most poorly managed one in the city ! Consistently there are 4 crew members working the drive thru in the morning with one person working the counter. Even if there is a line . Makes no sense.
Tell them you want your 6 donuts in a box!
It's always faster going thru the drive thru...VERY SLOW INSIDE!
