The service is good and the staff is very polite. Tasty food and every facility is made with attention to detail. The lounge outside and the bar are spectacular. I will come back for sure!

Miami spice menu -truffle sunny side up, risotto was creamy and decadent- good portion size. chocolate and passion fruit sorbe. We waited forever btw courses. Incredibly slow!!!

Great hotel ,, but .. I had some oysters at the restaurant and they served them hot and they where not good , i left them all and they didnt take them out of the bill , very unprofesional with that !

A luxury hotel . Park your Car os horrible. They always get the Car late. I found the courtyard room too small. The staffs were always helpfull and very sympatic.

The Chili Passion martini is the best drink on South Beach . Take your lady there for one. Don't look at the bill.

Staff was unpleasant. We were put in an "non-guest section" behind back of the bar ; bartender was curt and added a 20% gratuity to a tab (for two) without notice. Nice view ; drinks and food generic.
