If you want coffee in true Italian style, order a Euro Short Latte (8 oz). Get it in a proper ceramic cup, and drink it slowly while sitting in the cafe . This is the way espresso was meant to be.

If your taste buds like floral, get the Spring Sable ice tea for Spring and Summer. It is a must have!

Phoenix has the most amazing hot chocolate that even the most serious caffeine addict will find irresistible--it has a hint of vanilla and cinnamon in it!

If you arrive by 7:55 AM or so on a weekday, there will be little or no line . At 8:00 AM, you can expect to wait a long time. People seem to show up at the same time every day, like clockwork.

So the coffee guy just asked me if he could make the drinks for the people behind me first because what I ordered was more "labor intensive". I ordered 2 cappuccinos with an extra shot of espresso .
