Family-friendly Italian. Great for kids. Good pasta , pizza and salad options for entire family. Try the grilled chicken salad , one of the others and add chicken to your order.
Service is routinely slow, but if you're not in a rush the wait is worth it. Pasta , pizza and salads are all good, esp. the Grilled Chicken Salad . Kids' pasta very hearty. Easily feeds two toddlers.
After 11 PM, this is the only restaurant open besides fast food (Steak 'N Eggs , Domino's, McDonalds). A good thing to remember! Closes at 12.
The pizza is a bit disappointing, but the sandwiches and pasta are great.
There's easy meter parking on the block behind Angelico.
Disregarding my bias for authentic Napolitan style, the pizza here is pretty average. Still the best in Tenleytown.
