Stayed twice at this Hotel , courteous staff , very good breakfast buffet , Al Majlis restaurant is a must! and I love the Presidential Suite in particular, the view of Al Haram is always a plus ????

Reception area in Raffles' Female Spa , not the best Spa I've been at but definitely the best you'll find in Mekkah! Small but good enough, I tried their Signature treatment and it was fairly good.

Avoid the city views as you will be mostly viewing construction work. They charge around 20-25% extra for the kaa'ba views and its well worth the money. Make sure you opt to stay in a high floor
