Classy modern bar at the Fairmont with a nice cocktail list . Lots of unique ingredients make for some tasty drinks. Recommend cocktail : corpse #2

Soft shell crab , short rib , pork belly dumpling , salmon ceviche are delicious. Their cocktail , Atlantis lea, rabbit hole, tea time, lord kane, stay humble are awesome 💕

The tapas are perfect for sharing amongst 3 - 4 people. Order the braised veal cheek bao (with truffle ) early before they sell out.

The evening tapas are beautifully plated and quite delicious. Especially enjoyed the sous vide short ribs and salmon ceviche . Last food order is at 10pm.

The cocktails are good and will highly recommend trying their crisp parmesan pizza (that's a must-have). Went on a Friday night with a group of friends, prefect for winding-down for the weekend.

The food here is really unique and very nice!!!!! A tad expensive , but it's good to try once in a while.

Iberica joselito is one of those more unique dishes I've tried. It's with tomato essence.

Don't see what the fuss is about. Drinks are so-so and it feels just like any hotel lobby bar . Check out the Manhattan for a far superior version of a hotel cocktail bar .

It will take about 10-12 tapas to feed 2 people. So don't come with too empty of a stomach.
