The chicken cordonbleau with creamed spinach is awesome. They close at 3 and reopen for din din so if you arrive for lunch arrive well in advance they kinda kick you out! :o(

Crab cakes benedict for breakfast is the way to go! A bougie and totally Fontainebleau way to start the day.
Get here early (before 9:30am for breakfast and 6pm for dinner ) if you don't like standing around waiting for a table. There are plenty of free tables but there isn't enough wait staff to clean tables
Buffet and a la carte menu is basically the same, except a la carte is a 25 minute wait.
Their fried calamari is to die for!!!
Try the octopus carpaccio !

Had to return my snapper , it was not clean . Scallops were overdone. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.
