The Lantern of Lake Forest

If you need a place to kill time while in Lake Forest, it’s a great spot. Good food as well !

The Lantern usually has Three Floyd’s and Revolution Brewing Company beer on draft . Drink local and drink the good stuff.

The special beef rib tacos were awesome. Great service too.

Portions are quite large. Want a light lunch ? Too bad! ;) Mozzarella sticks are B-. Marinara sauce was not good, but the sticks are okay with Ranch Dressing

$1.50 drafts now. Great place for a meal or to kill some time while waiting for your train !

Worst restaurant my family and I have been to in Lake County ... Very slow service, cooks who cannot get a simple order correct and servers with no customer service and attitude...
