Pho Cow Cali Express

Probably one of the best pho restaurants in San Diego, my only regret is that they aren't open any later.

Meat lovers paradise, but vegetarian pho is dang tasty too. Get the small unless you're starving.

love it here. better than other pho spots in Mira Mesa. perfection on a cold rainy day

Best PHO in SD by far. Their broth is always rich and consistantly fabulous. Try a #18 with the steak on the side.

The boba iced coffee is a bit strong. If you like your iced coffee creamier, mix the whipped cream before consuming.

Make sure you drink all the pH water 💧👍🏼

Get the largest pho bowl with meat on the side!

Bun bo hue , Pho dac biet, egg rolls

Mix fish , chilli and sweet brown paste together for best dipping sauce .
