Really cute bar with AMAZING pastries ! I ordered the ham & cheese croissant and it was delicious. I was eyeing the jalapeño cheese bread and the pretzels too. Nice variety of sweet/savory!

The beloved breakfast sampler is no longer on the menu, but I successfully convinced the kitchen to make me one. Bircher muesli , soft-boiled egg , pretzel croissant . They forgot the jam though!

Great coffee + pastries ! The pretzel bacon gruyere croissant and ginger scone are my fav. Hazelnut croissant is good too.

Pretty Cool! (For Germans) I mean walking through L.A. and suddenly entering a German bakery ,...wow,...also having pretty good quality.

They have a deli case with beverages like mint lemonade and "freshly-squeezed orange juice " in to-go cups. It may not matter to most, but be forewarned: it is NOT fresh-squeezed oj (and still $3.75).

We like to order hamburger and hot dog pretzel and brioche buns from here. They need a day's notice. Totally worth it!

Rockenwagner is the best. Great coffee , espresso and food. Jeremy and the whole staff rock!

The croissants can be hit or miss. One day they are perfectly flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside, come another day and they taste day old.

Amazing avocado toast and a real deal Bavarian pretzel !

Rockwnwagner is now baking 'Laugencroissants.' I've never seen these outside of Germany and they're spot-on perfect.
