Apple nail user experience most of the time with their products, but I still don't get their customer experience. A thousand staff just taking bookings , or moving customers to the next staff member ????

Going left takes you to the lift and under the stairs, which looks awesome. Go right if you want to go up them.

If you are here for charging cables, go to JB Hifi and find the Belkin brand alternative instead. They are apple certified, a few dollars cheaper, and way more durable.

Staff always so friendly and helpful. The provisions and safety measures put in place due to COVID are probably the best I’ve seen from any business

If you're using the free WiFi and a site you visit is blocked, change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 (Google DNS) - use for good, not bad!

If you like to pick up your iphone 6 or 6Plus reservation , go to level 2 and go straight to the Apple representative. The long queue is only for those who hasn't reserved their iphone 6 or 6 plus.

The geniuses are very helpful. However my problem with my ever faithful 3yr old MacBookPro has baffled them this past few weeks. Hope we get it sorted today!

make sure u have a pre booking at the genius bar which u can access online, otherwise u may not be able to get service until later or next cpl days

Never visit the store wearing a blue shirt . The other day I assumed a customer to be Apple employee and kept asking him questions. To my surprise he was answering to my questions as if he was employee

Mixed genius', but engage with them on a human level and don't be fobbed off. Ask them to consult with colleagues

Free Wifi . Extremely busy store. A very hands on experience with the products available at your fingertips.

Largest "genius" to customer ratio I've seen in an apple store. However none seemed 2 want 2 make a sale. All seemed 2 be too busy having convos among themselves. Waited 10mins before being approached

Love the store w free wifi and awesome demo products. Not so much for the staff .

The Genius Bar guy was friendly and very knowledgeable .

While it has every current Apple product in multiples - asking to hook 2 Macs together to demo the Target Display display feature is beyond them.

RetDisp crashed 2x in 3 days & swap isn't happening anytime soon cause this flagship store has no stock! Allegedly cos other RetDisps have crashed & had to be replaced! What's happening here?

I brought my lappy in at 2:45, the hard drive and connecting cable were both replaced by 4:30. Rad.
