Try to get a room at the main hotel . The hotel behind the marine barracks is older and needs a few upgrades

WiFi is super slow during off duty hours... couldn't even get Google to load most of the time... under new management as of 01 Oct 15... <5 min walk to ALU and parking is usually a nightmare...

If you stay on floors 2-3 it's best to take the stairs from 0500-0530 and again from 0745-0815 when everyone is running around like crazy going to training .

A/C works well . Rooms have kitchenettes and flat screen TVs . Beds are comfortable . Nice desk working area.

Do not eat at Eastern, one of the Chinese Take Out Places right off post- we got three different meals, and everything was gross! Wonton soup - wontons weren't cooked all the way. Cashew chicken : nasty

Nice hotel , but horrible customer service...not to mention our room phone didn't work. Your cell phone may not work either due to the location...hope you never have an emergency, who you going to call

Cell reception in the hotel is spotty. Wifi doesn't work well from 1600-2200. Parking is super limited.

Watch out for the twins at the ends of the hallway . `Redrum`

I got stuck in the old lodging ... Dust everywhere, I walked into a spider web, no Wi-Fi, and some of the equipment in the room is broken.
