Decent gym . The cardio equipment is overused and needs MAJOR help. I hear this from people here all the time. They seem to focus on weights and leave cardio to the side.
This center has not changed it's service offerings for nine years. It has always been a "Sport " center. Nothing has changed. Now they call themselves a Super-Sport and have increased the price!
Put your fucking weights away when you're done little boy. If you can't be bothered to put away your 20lb dumb bell then you should get something smaller.

After your workout, head over to Panera Bread for a low fat yogurt to begin your day
After your work go eat @ Cafe Express for a healthy meal .yes indeed.
After you work out turn around and push yourself again for a little more.
went here on a 3 day pass. not clean , too crowded and not much help with membership.. back to fitness connection.
