Old Monterey Cafe

Great breakfast spot in Monterey. We had: corned beef hash - great flavor, nice and crispy , just how he likes it, and the breakfast burrito - lots of beans, very good and filling.

There is no list to put your name on, you just have to wait in line . BUT, I assure you, this place is worth the wait. Also, their homemade salsa is so good I could drink it out of cup!

Food is good service was a bit iffy this time. Server never came to check on us after dropped food and left empty plates way too long. Probably won't be back.

Lots of food for a low price! The food is fairly generic, but the menu is huge and the bacon is thick and crispy .
