Great breakfast food , but come during the week. Don't bother in the late morning on a weekend -- you'll have nowhere to sit and you'll wait 30 minutes for your order.

This isn't your traditional sit down breakfast nook. The food is great, but you need to order everything at the counter Panera Bread/McDonalds Style. When it's crowed, things are bit hectic.
Get in line to order then find a seat - if you're savvy, send someone in your party to go claim a table while the others wait to order.
Ask for your first "bottomless" coffee to be served in a cold mug. Cools it down just enough so you can swill it down quick, wake up and enjoy #2.
service can be slow but it's friendly and the wait is worth it.
