Incredible place to see live music . Go early to get in on happy hour . Odds are your favorite band LOVES playing here.
Basically Brooklyn's Bowery Ballroom , but with a warmer vibe and better downstairs bar . Incredible place for concerts , intimate but just the right size to get a party going.
Happy hour $5 drafts and $4 well drinks between doors and the opener! Don't forget about the $10 credit min and the balcony bar if the basement bar isn't to your liking!
MHOW is a great place for a concert . Sound is amazing, always a great view of the band. Upstairs they have great bench seats . The bar prices aren't too bad, most of the time they have happy hour .
Head to the platform opposite the side you entered. Along the back is a ledge that you boost yourself up to for a clear view of the stage. And the cops can't do shit.
Great music venue - intimate but still gets top bands. Head upstairs if you want to avoid a crowd and still catch the action (the bar upstairs is also a great way to grab beers w/o fighting the crowd)
They've played host to some big names like Phoenix and Blink-182; the space is small enough that concertgoers at those shows are treated to an intimate couple of sets not afforded by mammoth venues. Read more
One of the best and friendliest music venues in NYC. They even have a live feed of the concert , so you won’t miss a beat when getting drinks for all your friends.
Williamsburg is still cool. This venue is solid, sound fantastic, and has a constant stream of incredible music talent. Pack in with the crowd on the floor.
With Glasslands gone, this stands as the clear-cut best music venue in all the 'Burg. From the same folks who brought you Bowery Ballroom , also exact same layout
Great venue. Good site lines and staff is cool. They have a TV of the live band in Merch Area by bar .
C3 Brooklyn has church services here every Sunday at 11 am & 12:30 pm. Check it out and be inspired!
The balcony area is actually incredible! I'm upset it took me so long to wander up there. Less packed with a great view .
Lean against the railing on one of the raised areas on the right side and look ultra moody. Bonus: the spot has the best cell reception in the joint, so you can instagram to your heart's content.
This is Cults favorite music venue . They say it's an amazing venue to play and the best place to see shows. The bar downstairs stays open late and is great for post-show mingling.
The intro scene for the film School of Rock was filmed at Music Hall of Williamsburg, previously known as Northsix.
Spacious venue with multiple bars , lots of good pre-gaming spots nearby. Attracts a solid lineup of acts across genres.
With great viewing from all points of the venue and a multiple tier setup – Music Hall Of Williamsburg is one of the most user-friendly venues going around. Read more
One of my favorites. Large enough to hold a solid crowd, yet Intimate enough to feel really connected to the bad/artist
Post up next to the brick wall on the little elevated part of the room to the right of the stage.
I went to see Ryn Weaver, and had a great time. The venue is not that big which I like because it makes the concert more intimate .
Awesome music venue . I like that you can go downstairs to the lounge to order a drink and give your ears a minute to rest.
Tecante tall boy with lime is 6$ and the perfect beer . Screen in bar so you can see when the main acts go on. Coat check is 2$ an item.
Almost a splitting image of Bowery Ballroom . The drink situation is a little slower and you have to leave the main room to get a drink. Go the second the artist says, "this is a new one."
A solid bar and intimate performance space make this a sweet spot to see a gig.
The elevated areas on the side are perfect for a great view and more chilled vibe than the pit. Rest on the banister and enjoy.
Nicest and best sounding room to see music in Brooklyn, possibly all of NYC. Take a minute to at least just roam through the posh upstairs lounge / balcony .
Happy Hour until 8pm is the way to go if you're there early. $5 dollar Magic Hat drafts . Also, nicest staff around. Amazing space.
????Shepard fairey murals , ????pre-show happy hour ($5 beer ), ????balcony seating , great layout. What's not to like?
An intimate space that's in pretty great shape. Wish I could see all my concerts here.
Such a cool place. The setup is like Bowery ballroom but larger. Loved it
Spacious bar downstairs. Great sound system and crowd. Easily one of my favorite venues in NYC.
Good venue with decent bar areas and selection of beer . Very good sound quality and views from most parts of the venue.
Great venue for concerts , not too far away from the train especially if you don't live in Williamsburg.
Formerly the site of the scrappy but charming Northsix, the Music Hall of Williamsburg has risen to become one of Brooklyn's most notable clubs, complete with balcony area and basement bar .
Perfect size for a concert . Sometimes the downstairs bar stays open for just a little longer.
If the music blows the lounge is a good place to drown your sorrows. Lots of white hipsters getting street with their Hiphop stylings.
Snag a spot on either side to get an unobstructed view of the stage.
Is a very nice specially when you have performance and the drinks are really good and the atmosphere is relaxing
The perfect sized venue, with a great bar downstairs to escape to or have a nightcap. Always fun!
Great space with lots of little nooks away from the main standings area.
One of the larger music venues in the neighborhood , you’re likely to catch medium to big name acts on any given night.
One of the best venues around Manhattan. Perfect size and good acts come through.
Amazing place to see a show. I'm no acoustics expert, but the sound in this place is clean .
Small to mid-sized venue with good sound. Caught an amazing green sky bluegrass show here
Sometimes it can get a little crowded , but viewing from the side risers works pretty well and the downstairs bar is clutch.
Not too big. Not too small. Excellent venue space.
Pretty much a mirror image of Bowery Ballroom in Williamsburg. Great place to see local bands .
If you're waiting for a show to start, sit downstairs at the bar and watch the stage from the monitors. There's also happy hours pre-show!
One of the best music venues in the city .
Surprisingly great brunch offerings! The bloody Mary's are spicy!! - Daniel Shaw
A rather unique venue. Sight-lines aren't the greatest but still a great intimate atmosphere for a show. CASH ONLY! - Marlon
Love this place. A new venue that feels authentic and artsy yet unpretentious. Been here twice, and both times it was a blast. Sick space with a killer sound system. - Mark Robinson
Great dive bar with excellent shot beer specials to get you going for the night :) - Jackson Isaacson
