I got excellent customer service in the outdoor tool department. Joana really knew her stuff and made my purchase less intimidating.
If there is a price discrepancy between the online and store price, make sure you get a manager to match the Web price, as the staff does not do it automatically.

The amount of money they over charge for stuff should be criminal.
Great store. I find it hard to choose what to buy so I let my wife choose while I sit and have a coffee at the Second Cup. If her choices are OK, we are done.
