Heaven help you if you actually need help in this store! Can't get help. No one knows anything about the stock or where it is. Forget this place. Go to Home Depot !

this particular location stinks... startrd to leave great feedback; then I realize that this is not the Liberty location- liberty store is much better with customer service than this location by far!
They get my vote for LEAST helpful home improvement store.
Don't assume that everyone there will not ask you for help. That would not be a fair judgement.
Other northland Lowe's are better
Could improve on their customer service... Home Depot had improved a lot...

Pro tip: if looking for free boxes for packing, come around midnight. The cereal and detergent aisles are good for dish sized boxes and housewares aisle for pots, pans and larger goods - Philip Robinson
