Front mezzanine is amazing as theater is so small you're basically overhanging the stage.
Smaller theater in the District, but great views from almost everywhere.
Seats are excellent, no matter where you sit. Was here for SIX, which I highly highly highly recommend!
Cozy and intimate Broadway theater with a history of being home to small musicals and plays.
Front mezzanine tickets are awesome
Smallish theater means even the back row of the balcony is a good seat!
Beautiful theater . Seeing West Deaf Spring Awakening was a truly remarkable experience.
Front row of the mezzanine = best seats in the house
The Brooks Atkinson Theatre was used by CBS TV in the 50's for such shows as "I've Got A Secret" and "What's My Line ?"
Great venue, but again the seats are brutal for those taller than six feet
Very long lines for female bathroom at intermission . Leave ASAP if you need to use the restroom during break.
Expect a long queue for the ladies room as there's only a handful of bathroom stalls.
Saw Waitress here in August (2017) and the staff were all lovely!
Great theater and wonder show in the Waitress
very intimate . great view from the first mezzanine
As a short person, I found my line of sight compromised by person sitting in front of me.
skip the restroom line at intermission and go to buffalo wild wings they will let you use their bathroom !
Seeing “Waitress ” here was super fun, and the whole place smelled like pie .
Come see a show!
Broadway Shows!
Try the lottery ! They start picking names 2 hours before the show!
Small and beautiful theatre . The whole place smelled like pie during waitress but I couldn't find it :(
Another good venue
You go there once, you'll be there twice... At least we were!! Friday night on balcony , Sunday matinee front row on the floor...
Don't get box seat tickets..
They do bag checks for food and drinks at this theater
Six ???????? ???????? ????
Fantastic experience with wonderful actresses. Highly recommend. Not a long run time so good for a quick night out. No intermission since only one and a half hour long. - Ken
I love this theatre! Nice and small but roomy seats. - BECKY COLLINS
Beautiful theatre with a great technical set up. Even the last row of the top balcony didn't feel like a bad seat. - Maddie Collins
Sat in the last row mezzanine (seat 102) for Dear Evan Hansen but my view was perfect! Great stage door experience afterwards as well (staff were great). - Anna Browne
Always my favourite place to be when I am in NY. Love the dynamic. - Atika Al-Bimani
Customer service was above and beyond expected. Great food. Ask for restaurant week menu for super deal! - Jennifer Boulton
