Great place to put together your own masterpiece. Pre-cut boards and mats are cheap and consistent, wide selection of frames. Custom work can range, but quality sometimes lacks.

Cheap Pete's really isn't that cheap price-wise, so make sure you sign up for their email list and receive coupons every so often.
