Steak 'n Shake

The food is good , but the service is not that good the girls are clueless , they let people wait at the door for more then 10 minutes and they don't see what around then !! Need more team management

the service should be at the highest always! never a fork and knife and when asked they place it on a table with no napkins with attitudes it's just no customer service everyone I come in

1/2 price on shakes on weekdays from 2-4PM. The eggnog shake was soooooo delicious! :)

Double Garlic Burger is amazing!!!! And get the birthday cake shake before it's gone! Soooo good!

Jerk double was messy. Just meat cheese and sauce. Lots of sauce.

Food is amazing, waiting time can be a problem if you are looking for "fast food "

Poor service. Order a shake they didn't tell me they were out of, chg my order, then watch 2 ppl get their shakes before I got mine. chocolate chip milkshake = vaniella shake with chips on the top :(

Slow service majority of the time late night as if they can't take care of more than 1 person at a time. Me & one car sat waiting to order while another was sitting at the window. Smdh I drove off.

Don't come here. Extremely greasy, even the salads . The service sucks and super slow. If you have too like I did, my suggestion: a lot of patience and just order the shakes .

The daytime service is 100% better then the night shift.

When you walk in and want to order is bad I waited for about 20 minutes and I had to open my mouth and say something. My advice to you, go somewhere else to eat!!.
