From AirTrain, it is a long long walk to check-in & another long sprint to the other side of security, where you'll find the TSA Pre entrance. In all, ~8 mins min if no checked bags. Mosaic is clutch.

Beautiful mall/terminal. Free wifi through most. Plenty of food choices, though I stuck with the pizza . Tons of plug stations for charging.

Well , it's a terminal. 'nough said. It's pretty clean and relatively modern, lots of shops and eateries while you wait.

If you have time to sit for a meal then do so at one of the restaurants as Cibo Express is breaking records for "weigh the buffet ".

Great work in moving my flight up and not losing my bag! Each jet blue employee said it would all be okay and they were correct.

As airports go, Terminal 5 is up there.

The worst service. The staff is rude. And they let someone take my bag. I will never use jet blue again. The wait time to call is ridiculous and the app is bad. Jet Blue has the worst customerservice

The terminal is pretty good, but the security check process is super slow and chaotic.
